Good News! Our Kindling Note is now open for funding! Funding has already commenced. The deadline is November 7th. November 7th is the last day to send in your funds to be involved in this note.
We can expect a note around the 8-10% range, most likely the same as we have had for the last three notes, amortized over 60 months. The minimum is $2,500 to participate. First payment is expected to be December 2025.
