Member Homestay: A New Way to Stay & Play

We are already redefining the concept of Community in the digital age by creating a thriving virtual city where Members enjoy access to our exclusive marketplace, Member-owned businesses, an editorial lifestyle magazine, and so much more.
Now, we are thrilled to introduce our newest program: “Member Homestay”: an intimately curated collection of Member-owned properties.
These aren’t just regular rentals or rooms to stay in, this is an opportunity for Members to stay and play around the world with other TCC Members that share their values and vision.
Or, as a host, for you to open your door to other Members of the Community and enrich your life by creating new meaningful relationships, all while generating another stream of income.
I live in a rural Wyoming town with my husband David Waller and our two little kids.
As we work to renovate on our property an apartment addition to our home for my mom, we have discussed renting it out when it's ready with platforms like Airbnb VRBO to generate some additional income.
But ultimately, we decided that option wasn’t going to work for us, seeing as though we have two small children we are quite protective of, it didn’t sit well with us to have strangers coming onto the property. Not just that we didn’t know them, but rather that we wouldn’t know what their values are.
When the idea for an Airbnb-type program through The Community came about, we were so excited! Why? Because we know that, for the most part, we share values and common ground with 99% of the current TCC Member base. I immediately was way more comfortable about the idea of having a fellow TCC Member come and stay in our guest house, because there’s an underlying understanding across our Community that:
We all strive to foster connection and respect, we treat each other with kindness and a spirit of collaboration. Both online and in person.
We all value ownership and participation, and are actively engaged in contributing to the shared success of our Community as a whole.
We are committed to protecting our shared legacy, and upholding the integrity of The Community's commonwealth model with our activity.
We appreciate and respect the freedoms offered by our Membership within The Community, and wouldn’t want to ever jeopardize our partnership.
I think it’s also safe to say that we as a private Community would prioritize creating memorable, welcoming experiences that reflect the values we share.
Imagine visiting a mountain retreat or beachfront sanctuary that’s not only luxurious, but also a property owned by another Member as a part of our Commonwealth. This program deepens our shared mission—empowering Members to build wealth, make lasting connections, and live a richer life—whether you’re opening the door of your home, opening up a rental unit to others, traveling around the world visiting other Community Members, or a bit of all three!
TCC Members now have access to an ever-expanding collection of premium destinations worldwide, and each property they visit can contribute to their own financial and Community goals. TCC is for those looking to embed themselves in a forward-thinking lifestyle, where every visit strengthens our Community vision and personal wealth alike.
