Revolutionizing Charitable Giving

About four years ago, we joined a group of financial equity partners who had started a company called CPPC Inc. This is a private Members-only family of holding companies that secured investment-grade, commercial, income-producing properties. In about four years, our group has acquired over $60,000,000 in assets including shopping centers, resorts in the Florida Keys, restaurants, franchises, a national glass company (American Door and Glass) etc. We accomplished this with around 130 original members within a commonwealth setting where every single member is a pro-rata owner of these assets.

Our Chief Consultant has been a world-level investment banker for 35 years. When we started in early 2020, he predicted we would grow to $50,000,000 in assets during the first five years.

However, things have gone so well that we exceeded his expectations by one year and $10,000,000. Our members are now pro-rata owners of those assets and are enjoying guaranteed protection of their original cash contributions, along with guaranteed minimum returns. This program is so secure that we didn’t miss a beat during the recent COVID crisis, and our asset values continued to grow throughout that ordeal.

Now, with 1,400 members, we have formed a new company called The Community Corp (TCC). As General Members we also have the ability to become shareholders by entering into a Membership Subscription Agreement with this commonwealth community. The face amounts that we bring to the table are fully protected and never subject to loss due to market fluctuations or downturns.

TCC also aspires to enlist and become a publicly traded entity on a major exchange in the very near future - providing additional cash proceeds from the general public to our TCC financial statement.

Fully funded by our own members to the tune of about $700,000,000 in cash and cash equivalent value on our books, we will be going onto the exchange with an extremely strong rating!

What does this have to do with you and GCI? Anyone who has ever served in a leadership role for a non-profit organization will readily admit that the least enjoyable and most time-consuming task in their job description is fundraising! Now, because The Community Corp is a financial commonwealth organized by its members, run by the members, and clearly dedicated to the equal, pro-rata benefit of each and every member, we have boldly opened the door to revolutionizing charitable giving!

Option Number 1:

You can register as a Member of The Community Corp.

  • Associate Member: $8.88 per month

  • Premium Member: $25 per month

(Please note, that being a member allows you to compound your future value by simply doing what you normally do through this platform)

Each time you make a contribution to your Lifestyle Allowance portal, you will immediately receive a check back from TCC-generated proceeds based on the total of your participation divided by a 3.25 factor. (Example - a $1,000 participation divided by 3.25 = $307.69 back that you can then donate directly to GCI.

At the end of a 60-month term, you can redeem the full amount accumulated in your Lifestyle Allowance portal during that term, plus a 5% premium to spend however you choose or you can start all over again with a new term.

Option Number 2:

Make a donation directly to GCI and as a 501(c)-3 organization, GCI will write you a tax-deductible receipt for the full amount of your contribution.

As an member-partner of The Community Corp, GCI will then put your contribution to work within our own TCC portal, where it will generate new money to fund our organization’s operation and initiatives;

AND, GCI will also return the full value of your original contribution plus a 5% premium, at the end of a 60-month term!

As you can see, your participation in either option ends up costing you absolutely nothing, but these first steps are only the tip of the iceberg!

If you choose to continue in your relationship with TCC after the initial, 60-month term, together we can significantly increase the value coming to GCI based on the original face amount that you started out with.

Please text or email me and let’s set up a time to discuss the details of this opportunity to maximize our stewardship for things we care about the most!
