Where Everyone's a Winner (Yes, Really!)

Big Circle Auctions

Tired of traditional auctions where you bid your heart out, only to walk away empty-handed and out of pocket?. Big Circle Auctions (BCA) is flipping the script, revolutionizing the industry with an innovative "All-Pay" model that ensures there are no losers. Forget the old ways; BCA is designed for mutual success, creating opportunities for sellers, winning bidders, and even those who don't win the item.

Here's how BCA is shaking things up:

  • No More "Losing" Bids: In a traditional auction, if you don't win, your bids are gone. At BCA, all participants, regardless of whether they win, retain the value of their bids as "Points". These Points are redeemable for a full refund of the original bid value after 60 months. It's essentially a bid today that becomes a redeemable value for tomorrow.

  • Earn Interest on Your Bids: If you don't win an item, your accumulated Points generate a minimum 6.5% interest annually. WHAT?! This means your participation can double as a secondary way to grow your money. The auction winner, however, does not receive this 6.5% interest, as they've already won the item, often at a significant discount.

  • Zero Auction House Premium Fees for Bidders: Unlike many traditional auction houses that charge winning bidders a premium fee (often 7-10% of the winning bid), BCA charges no premium fees to the auction house. This can result in at least 25% cost savings on high-value items.

  • Advantageous Financing Options: BCA partners with a corporation (The Community Corp, TCC) that offers advantageous lending for items won. Rates can be as low as 4% interest-only (IO) with flexible terms, and winning bids can be financed with as little as 5% down. This unique financing leverages your bidding history to carve out a loan for an acquisition.

  • Fair Play for All Bidders: BCA uses a controlled, rounds-based bidding process that prevents deep-pocketed bidders from intimidating others or driving prices up unfairly. Bidders advance through rounds by paying a fixed service fee for each round. All accumulated service fees are credited towards your best and final bid. Once a proprietary minimum is met, BCA calls for a private, sealed "best and final" offer (kind of like a blind auction does).

  • Seller-Friendly Process: Sellers also enjoy significant benefits, including no premium fees from the auction house. Sellers simply pay a service (intake) fee for initial evaluation and marketing. This fee is also refundable in month 60 if the seller is a TCC member. BCA handles the marketing, and a net price point is set. BCA only accepts items or services that have value... typically over $10,000 but that's flexible. If an auction doesn't reach its minimum, BCA will still call for a "best and final," and the value created is disbursed to the winner (80%) and seller (20%) in 60 monthly payments.

  • Convenience and Transparency: Auctions are totally digital (so you you can participate where ever you are, via your phone, your computer, or on the APP! BCA covers shipping costs for sold assets, AND all digital marketing for the seller.

  • Community and Opportunity: BCA is a membership-driven platform really powered by The Community Corp (TCC) - (who acts as the third-party custodian of the value accumulated within the platform and distributions to Members), fostering wealth creation and community engagement.

  • REGISTRATION ON BCA is TOTALLY FREE. The platform connects to TCC's broader initiatives, allowing members to earn income and build budgets. Members can even post items they don't own as representatives, creating spreads and earning income.

BCA offers a truly unique auction experience designed to benefit everyone involved, from sellers of high-value assets (real estate, vehicles, jewelry, lifestyle services) to bidders seeking advantageous acquisitions and passive returns on their capital. It's a win-win-win scenario, aiming to transform the entire auction industry.
