Here we are in the middle of the first auction going live on big circle auctions, and geez am I learning a lot. Particularly what makes an note marketable and therefor what assets to list on BCA in order to create the most value.
I'm really wanting to carve out a niche for myself in the space and make a ton of content around that topic. BCA for Businesses is a really fun idea because ALL businesses can strategically bid and change their entire cash flow model for the better.
At this point we all know that listing as a representative is extremally valuable if your goal is to create cash flow and so forth. I guess I need to check a few boxes like "what get's me excited?" "what industry do I know a lot about already?" "what industry trades in tier one assets?" and so on.
I like to hear some other members ideas and see if we can co-create a BCA idea board and learn along the way.
The first way I want to use a lending scenario is to consolidate some debt on the table. Then probably the second lending scenario will go towards expanding our Marketing Agency? We also have our local group, Wyoming Community Acquisitions, that we'd like to use to gain corporate marketability (about a dozen. Families here locally participating) to acquire cash producing real estate and businesses with in our local area! I really think that once you understand the lending mechanism.... the opportunities are really limitless
